Everything you need to know about tracking your teams, live scores, News, Chaos, Schedule, and Game of the Week. Still stuck? Use the feedback form at the bottom of this page.
Saturday is for CFB is a free college football schedule and live-score tracker. Add the FBS teams you follow to get their full schedule, live scores, and play-by-play on game day. From the navigation you can also reach News for headlines about your teams and the sport, Chaos for hand-written weekly commentary, and Schedule for the full week's slate of games, with your personal Home page tying it all together.
Tap the "+" chip at the end of your team row in the header, then start typing a school name and pick it from the list. You can track as many FBS teams as you want.
Tap the × on that team's chip in the header. This only removes it from your personal list; it doesn't affect anyone else's.
While a game is in progress, scores, quarter-by-quarter totals and the play-by-play feed refresh automatically every couple of minutes, pulled from College Football Data's live scoreboard. No need to refresh the page yourself.
Home is your personal dashboard. It shows a Current Chaos preview with a link to read the full write-up, this week's Game of the Week pick, your tracked teams' games for the week with live scoring and play-by-play, and a News for You section with headlines for your teams and the wider sport.
Send My Schedule is a button in Your CFB Week that creates a link to what you're watching this week and hands it straight to your phone's share menu, so you can text or email it to anyone. Whoever opens it sees your games for the week with no account needed, plus a link to start tracking their own teams.
The News page has two sections: Your Teams, with more headlines per team than the homepage shows, and Broader College Football, with general sport-wide stories. It pulls from the same sources as the homepage's News for You, just with more room to show them.
Chaos Recap and Chaos Predictions are hand-written, opinionated weekly takes on the craziest storylines in college football, covering what happened last week and what to watch for in the week ahead. They live on the Chaos page, under the This Week and Next Week tabs, and start collapsed so you can expand just the one you want to read.
The Chaos Archive is a running history of every past week's Chaos Recap and Chaos Predictions, organized by date, so you can go back and read any week you missed. Reach it from the Archive tab on the Chaos page.
Game of the Week is a hand-written pick spotlighting one marquee matchup each week, with the case for why it matters. You'll find it on the homepage whenever a new one is posted.
The Schedule page lists every FBS game for the current week, grouped by day and sorted by kickoff time, with scores and TV info. Your tracked teams are highlighted so they're easy to spot in the full slate.
Saturday is for CFB covers FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) teams, the top level of college football, currently 130+ schools. FCS and other divisions aren't currently supported.
